I have absolutely no idea. But who would remotely want to cross a GSD with a Shar Pei?
Please don't encourage this sort of breeding to continue by buying a puppy like this. What the outcome will be is a Lottery - and each puppy in the litter could well be different, depending on which set of genes it takes. Size, coat, temperament, longevity, health will all be an unknown. Find a reputable breeder for either breed and buy a healthy well-bred puppy. If the demand for these cross breeds drops, so should the supply - one hopes.
